At Claussen's, we think everyone loves being pampered! That's why our delivery is no exception — it's hassle free. We conveniently schedule, inspect, assemble, deliver, and haul away your old pieces and you don't have to lift a finger!
What's Included
When you shop at Claussen's Furniture, delivery isn't an afterthought — it's part of the experience. Our dedicated team treats every piece like it's going into their own home.
Much like your special order furniture, our trucks have been designed and built exclusively for us. They are fully enclosed box trucks that are lower weight, putting less stress on your home's street and driveway — ensuring we have the proper means to securely transport your new furniture.
Your furniture is too important to be handled by outside contractors. All of our delivery personnel are our own employees who have been trained to handle furniture and only furniture. They are courteous, respectful of you and your home, and take pride in ensuring your satisfaction.
We deliver Monday through Saturday. Unlike other stores, we don't schedule deliveries for certain areas only on certain days. We schedule according to your needs and provide you with a two-hour delivery window. Your time is important to us.
Before your new furniture ever arrives to your home, it is unpacked and inspected by our personnel for quality and accuracy. We then re-wrap the items with protective blankets until they are unloaded at your home to make sure they arrive perfectly.
Hassle-free delivery wouldn't be complete without setup. We assemble your pieces before delivering them to your home, as necessary. Certain items, such as dining room tables and beds, will need to be assembled in your home due to their larger size.
We will happily place your furniture in your room of choice. If you need us to move existing furniture to accommodate your new furniture, we are glad to do that as well. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any existing furniture.

We schedule deliveries according to your needs — Monday through Saturday. We'll confirm details and provide a convenient two-hour delivery window.
Our team arrives with your furniture carefully inspected and blanket-wrapped. We carry everything inside, assemble it, and set it up exactly where you want it.
We'll remove your old furniture on a one-for-one basis at no extra hassle. We also donate your existing pieces to charitable organizations like the Salvation Army whenever possible.
Before We Arrive
A little preparation goes a long way. Here are a few things to consider so your delivery goes smoothly. Our sales team is happy to help you with measurements and planning.
If you would like for us to remove any old furniture from your home, just let us know! We remove items on a one-for-one basis. For example, if you are receiving two new recliners, we will remove two existing recliners. We also believe in donating your existing pieces to charitable organizations, such as the Salvation Army, whenever possible. If the items are not in useable condition, we will properly dispose of them.
Any COD balances can be paid with personal or certified checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, or cash. Please note that our delivery personnel are unable to make change. Information on financing options can be found here.

We deliver from both our Lakeland and Winter Haven showrooms, covering Polk County and surrounding Central Florida communities. We also offer nationwide white-glove delivery — contact us for details.
